Working Heritage

Versatility Across Two Landscapes

Like all our dogs at Big Sky Bretons, Trinity isn't just a pet. She's a working bird dog. You'll find her quartering through tall grass prairies, locked up on solid points, or riding along on adventures, always ready for the next opportunity to do what she was bred to do.

Trinity demonstrates relentless natural prey drive in her determination to find and expose game birds to her handler. Her puppies benefit from a mother who successfully works in partnership with her handler.

Trinity splits her time between Montana and Arizona throughout the year. From late spring through early fall, she hunts Montana's open prairies. During the winter months, she adapts to Arizona's desert environment with its different cover and the challenging Gambel's quail.

This dual-location lifestyle means Trinity is exposed to varied hunting conditions year-round, developing the kind of adaptability that defines a truly versatile French Brittany.

As a Dam

Trinity has proven herself as an exceptional mother and producer. Her puppies inherit her:
