Happy Families, Happy Dogs
Stories from our Big Sky Bretons family
Nothing makes us happier than hearing from the families who've welcomed a Big Sky Breton into their homes. Our puppies are now pointing birds, retrieving pheasants, and snuggling on couches across the country. Here's what their families have to say.
At just 6 months old, Vexie scored her first point and retrieve on a Montana ringneck. Her first hunting season? Over a hundred pheasants, plus numerous Huns and a couple sharpies.
"Her predation and drive to hunt are amazing. I love watching her work! Great family dog and turns a switch as soon as she hits the door. A great dog and not one regret about our investment with her. I have and will continue to let people know about your new batch. They are wonderful dogs and you have done an exceptional job."

"I think Rio is just hitting his full size. He is really strong. Just bounces over bushes while hunting - like a jack rabbit!"

Royal is from one of Tux's outside breedings, proving that Tux's exceptional genetics shine through in every litter. In his first year, Royal hunted across 3 states, encountered 5 different upland species, and put 98 birds in the bag across 31 hunts.
"From the 8 week old pick up a year ago to today: 31 hunts, 3 different states, 5 different upland species, 98 birds shot (still hunting), heck of a lotta miles. Hell of a 1st year with us Royal!"
